Ask OKI
With Ask OKI, help is close at hand for advice, hints and tips. The Ask OKI tab in the printer driver connects users to a dedicated web site specifically tailored to their particular printer or MFP. This gives simple, step by step instructions for optimal printing - be it banners, double-sided sheets or booklets - as well as hints, tips and ideas to help users cut printing costs and make the most of their product. The site is regularly updated and is user friendly and easy to read.

Web Print
This bespoke piece of software eliminates the frustration of web pages being cut-off when they are printed out. Thanks to features such as automatic scaling, 'Select area' printing, automatic page set-up and print preview these problems are solved. It is compatible with all our current colour and MFP printers and is designed to ensure that users ultimately save time, money and paper.
Template Manager 3.0
This powerful software program makes life easier in the office by providing ready-made templates for various stationery and promotional materials, such as labels, business cards, banners & CD/DVD labelling. In addition, the unique editing suite allows new templates to be created for specific media or industry specific documents. The software automatically matches the document to the media, making it easy for users. All templates can be shared for design consistency.

Print Control
Print Control is a job accounting and reporting program which enables network administrators to track printer usage and help control costs. This easy to use utility captures details such as colour versus mono printouts, number of sheets, paper types and sizes, printer use time and consumables used. Printer access can be restricted to authorised individuals or groups, and pre-defined cost limits can be set, denying further access once these limits have been reached.
PrintSuperVision
This system allows IT support staff to monitor all business printers in the office. Access is given to networked printer data for monitoring, reporting and managing networked printers in real-time. The user interface to this system is web browser based, making it simple to use.
