IT user satisfaction award is co-hosted by China Quality Association User Committee and China ComputerWorld Research (CCW Research)
This year was the seventh year of this award, and every year many representatives from well-known IT and Internet companies, journalists, scholars, and publicly known people attend the event.
Considering the changes in the market, the theme was "Converge with the latest IT services and ideas." The user satisfaction index is based on a total calculation of feedback of services and products from users and product value recognition. CCW Research has spent 7 years to established a high-quality user satisfaction evaluation system.
